Who are Hype and Promote?
 
We're Hope and Peter,  a Surrey-based duo who specialise in helping local businesses grow online through organic marketing. Hope handles strategy and content, Peter handles photography and creative. Between us we cover everything your business needs to show up properly online.

Where are you based and who do you work with? 

We're based in Surrey and primarily work with local businesses across Reigate, Redhill, Gatwick, and the surrounding area. If you're a bit further afield - get in touch anyway, we're happy to chat.

How quickly will I see results? 

Organic marketing builds over time rather than overnight. Most clients start to see meaningful growth in Google visibility and social engagement within 2-3 months. We'll be honest with you about what's realistic from the start.
 
Will you need to visit my business? 

For content capture - yes. Peter will come to you to shoot photography and video for your social media. We'll agree a convenient time that works around your business hours.

Do you get access to my social media accounts? 

You can choose whether we manage your accounts or send you a link for you to personally publish. 

Do I get to approve content before it goes out? 

Absolutely. We send you a monthly content plan for approval before anything is posted. You'll always know what's going out and when.

What if I don't have a website or logo yet?

No problem - we build websites and design logos as additional services. Get in touch and we'll put together a quote based on exactly what you need.

What platforms do you manage?
 
Our standard package covers Instagram and Facebook. If you need TikTok or LinkedIn managing too, get in touch and we can discuss adding these.
 
How much does it cost? 

We don't provide one cost to all our businesses as all have different needs. We will send you a form where you can tick all the services you would like- content capture, social media management, scheduling, SEO and we can work out a price together. Websites and logos are priced individually - get in touch for a quote.

How do I pay? 

We invoice monthly via bank transfer or card payment. Payment is due at the start of each month.
